How the deck builder works

Every suggestion comes from real games: Path of Legends games from the best players worldwide and in France, collected every 30 minutes. When you add a card, we look at the top decks that include it and suggest the cards that go with it most often, with the win rate of those decks.

With your tag, every level your cards are missing compared to your best card lowers a suggestion's score: you get decks close to the meta, but built with your strongest cards. For inspiration, also browse the best decks right now and the tier list.

Frequently asked questions

How do I build a good Clash Royale deck?
Start with a win condition (X-Bow, Hog Rider, Giant…), then add the suggested cards: they're the ones the best players pair with it most. Aim for an average Elixir cost between 3 and 4, at least one spell and two cards that hit air units.
How do I build my 4 Clan Wars decks?
In Clan Wars, your 4 decks must use 32 different cards. In the Clan Wars tab, build the decks you want to keep, then "Complete all 4 decks" finds the best combination of meta decks with the remaining cards.
Why take my card levels into account?
Every level of difference gives a real edge in hitpoints and damage. A deck with all cards at level 16 often beats a meta deck at level 12. With your tag, suggestions and generated decks favor your highest-level cards and leave out the ones you don't have.
Do I need to log in to my Clash Royale account?
No. Your player tag is enough, no password needed: card levels are public information from the official Clash Royale API. Your tag is only stored in your browser.
